Navin Narang
Managing Member

Mr. Narang serves as the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of FPH. He is a born entrepreneur starting his first successful company at the age of 19. Mr. Narang offers a background that encompasses 17 years of experience in building and operating several companies generating hundreds of millions in revenue, developing real estate, and producing movies. Under Mr. Narang's direction FPH continues to acquire, organically grow, and build companies that become market leaders in their respective industries. His passion for business and life attract some the most talented individuals to lead FPH's various entities. Mr. Narang has also utilizes his investment expertise to continually make strategic investments that routinely outperform projections. He lives by the principals that hard work and passion drive success, and this success is eminent at FPH.


When Mr. Narang is not hard at work with the FPH companies, he serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County, and the Marconi Foundation for Kids. He routinely speaks at events sharing his knowledge and passion for entrepreneurship and business. Mr. Narang resides in Southern California and in Manhattan, New York

Bradley M. Barlow, Esq.
Managing Member 
General Counsel

Bradley Barlow is the co-founder and managing director of FPH Capital Partners, LLC with expertise in strategy, operations, transaction structuring, finance, and governance. Mr. Barlow guides the FPH Capital team in setting the vision and investment strategy, while actively sourcing, structuring and supporting FPH Capital investments.


Mr. Barlow has been a lower middle-market private equity investor for over 18 years. Prior to founding FPH Capital in 2012, Mr. Barlow co-founded a leveraged buyout firm, Diverse Holdings Company. Prior to private equity, Mr. Barlow was a transactional corporate lawyer. Mr. Barlow serves on, has served on, chairs, and has chaired, a variety of private boards of directors and advisory boards. In addition, he previously has served as interim CEO, COO and president of multiple operating companies.

Mr. Barlow earned a law degree from the Southwestern University of School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California
